SOUND BATH MEDITATION

As a Sound bath Meditation Practitioner, it is my sincere wish to help others (as well as myself), towards self empowered healing.
Through the use of singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, gong, voice & more, trained practitioners like myself use intention & intuition to create a soothing & safe environment that illicits an acute state of awareness of the body & mind, as well as seeing how our inner world affects the outer world & vice versa. Through deep listening & the breath, one can be at ease with oneself without labelling ones experience. This then allows any blockages or distress physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually to be acknowledged, observed, embraced & released with compassionate practice.
Participants need only lay down or find a comfortable position, cover or close their eyes, & sink into the sounds inside & outside of the room. Listening with relaxed attention & consciously breathing into the moment is key to being grounded, both in this space & life in general.
Occasionally, as the body & mind succumb to a deeper state of relaxation & awareness, discomfort can occur. This is fine, it is ok not to feel ok. Much of the time, we are unaware of the amount of tension we hold in our bodies. In fact, every experience we’ve ever had is stored within us (particularly Trauma), & has yet to have the opportunity to be addressed.
Sound bath Meditations, invite individuals to give themselves permission to explore such feelings & unravel the stories behind what you find, how they got there, all while patiently & lovingly being attentive to yourself, till you’re able to learn how to sit with these anxieties without the need to change them or yourself. My aim is to help you accept yourself as you are, without conditions, & to do the same for myself.
